Our place is located only 5 minutes (2km) away from Asador Etxebarri.
At Goikomaia we have enabled the option to rent for a single night exclusively for Asador Etxebarri‘s clients.
We offer two types of rental:
- Full rental: 650€ a night (breakfast included), with a maximum capacity for 8 people.
- Rental for doble room with bathroom: 200€ a night (shared common areas)
Breakfast is on us! We will prepare for you a personalized box in which you will find a breakfast made with local and seasonal products such as fresh milk, butter, jam, bread and homemade pastries, orange juice, fruit, Nespresso coffee and tea.
- In case of any damage, please let us know.
- Leave things as you find them.
- Recycle and deposit garbage in municipal containers.
- Before going to be, please make sure all fires are out.
- Goikomaia‘s maximum capacity is for 8 people.
- All adults are fully responsable for kids and pets.
- Make sure to close the house and curtains properly when you are away.
* We request you to be silent and discreet, specially at night or during nap time.
*We remind you that Goikomaia is not the typical rural house or hotel. It may be that your stay coincides with other people who have eaten the same day as you at Asador Etxebarri and are sharing the common areas with you.
* We also take this opportunity to remind you that there will be no one in Goikomaia to assist you during your stay or to serve you breakfast.
*Holding public or private events without prior notice it’s forbidden.
